SODIC equipped state-owned hospitals with gear necessary for combatting Covid-19
6 October Development and Investment (SODIC) equipped three state-owned hospitals with gear and medical supplies necessary for the treatment of patients infected with Covid-19 disease.
“ SODIC provided 50 medical fully-equipped disinfection units for Abbassia Fever Hospital and Mansoura Chest Hospital”, according to a SODIC’s statement.
Additionally, SODIC catered for other 21 disinfection units that were installed at Mahala Fever Hospital, thus setting up complete medical disinfection units.
SODIC had unleashed a master plan involving the creation of several schemes with the aim of combatting coronavirus pandemic.
These schemes involved efforts orchestrated to raise people’s awareness about coronavirus. They also included the donation of ventilators and monitors to follow up the infected cases to the advantage of Zayed Specialized Hospital, Zayed Public Hospital and Imbaba Public Hospital.
SODIC had supplied the aforementioned hospitals with the adequate equippments. It also handed out more than 1500 personal hygienic protection packs to residents of Khair Allah neighbourhood in order to help increase their immunity against the disease. Moreover, the company distributed sanitizers and disinfectants as well as personal cleanliness instructions.
