Misr Italia announces the launch of Allure Executive Offices

Misr Italia Properties said that its project, Allure Executive Offices, has been launched in New Cairo City’s Cairo Business Park with deliveries due to begin in December 2020.

“Allure” project  consists of two buildings interconnected at the middle, with both overlooking Central Park and the main road. Allure is made up of offices with sizes ranging from 58 sqm to 300 sqm, as clients are given the option of receiving fully or poorly finished units. 

Allure is situated nearby one of Cairo Business Park  main gates, making the access to the center of  Allure far easier and faster. 

Cairo Business Park, the first comprehensive administrative complex in New Cairo, stretches over 18 feddans and is comprised of 42 administrative buildings tailored to  suit needs of all companies at investments of EGP1.5bn.

On the other hand, Misr Italia Properties chief executive Mohmed Hany El-Assal said that the company strives all the time to fulfill customers’ needs,cater to the Egyptian properties market even in the current Coronavirus crisis and stick to delivery dates.

“ Allure seeks to build the administrative buildings in line with world best standards through creating an environment conducive to higher productivity and growth rates,” said he.
