Builderia Development Invests LE500mln in NAC's PARAGON
Earlier this year, Builderia Development launched PARAGON, its first intelligent project in the local market constructed on a total area of 4,300 m2 and a built-up area of 23,000 m2. The project consists of a two-story parking area spread over 8,500 m2, a ground floor, and 7 floors containing 205 units. PARAGON utilizes state-of-the-art technology to bring the latest smart office solutions to Egypt, aspiring to enable all businesses to operate effectively with higher productivity while providing all means for comfort, luxury and entertainment. Moreover, the company aims to invest around 100 million EGP in construction works during 2020/21, and plans to complete the project in 2022.
