Benoy International, a leading UK based architects’ firm, is charged with designing Downtown Azha, Ain Sokhna’s largest mixed-use commercial district.

Madar Development, the leading real estate firm and the developer of the "Azha Ain Sokhna” project, held a press conference today to announce the signing of a partnership with global design specialists, Benoy, an international firm of architects, to design Downtown Azha Ain Sokhna
Azaha _ Ain Sokhna also announced the launch of its hospitality pillar in the project, the luxury "Tanoak" Hotel for Azha’s owners and guests.

Downton Azha will feature hospitality destinations, green areas, with over one hundred outlets with a balanced mixed of F&B and entertainment spots.
Today’s press conference also marked the launch of Azha’s hospitality pillar with the opening of the project's first hotels – Tanok Hotel.
Habiba Al-Shaer, business development and Marketing manager of "Tanoak "Hotel , expressed her pleasure to Launch the hospitality amenity at Azha – Ain Sokhna, with the project’s first hotel, Tanoak.

It is worth noting that the partnership contract with UK Benoy has been signed at Benoy Studio in Dubai - one of the company's studios around the world.
