Up to 50 property developers took part in the CityScape Egypt exhibition
Deputy minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Eng. Khalid Abbass inaugurated Cityscape Egypt exhibition 2020 which runs from 4 to 7 November.
More than 50 developers are participating in the exhibition, reflecting the resumption of activities and the return of investments to the country, as developers are showcasing a wide range of deals and discounts for visitors of the exhibition taking place at Egypt International Exhibition Center.
Eng. Khalid Abbas toured the exhibitors’ stands and received briefings about their diversified respective real estate projects.
Manager of Cityscape Egypt exhibition Fares Khalil said:” Cityscape Egypt exhibition gives investors, developers and residential unit buyers a chance to meet together while showcasing a wide range of properties and prime offers. Holding the current version of the exhibition derives special importance from the fact that it helps the real estate sector return to normality.”

The first day of the exhibition saw the launching of a number of projects advanced by exhibitors.
In this context, manager of the commercial department of the Egyptian Kuwaiti Urban Development company Mohmed Farouq Saad said:” We launched today the New Tiba Heliopolis City via CityScape platform, hoping to generate big sales with the exhibition being held at strategic location near the New Administrative Capital.”
“ We attend CityScape Egypt exhibition for the first time, on top of our participation in Infroma Markets’ Next Move exhibition, expecting this one to attract scores of attendees particularly in the weekends.”
Tiba Heliopolis City, consisting of 64 modell villas, is situated halfway between Shorouk City and Badr City.
The company rolls out discounts for the housing units put up for sale, as it offers exclusively for visitors of the exhibition 365m model A for EGP3,4mln down from EGP4,4mln, and 325m model B for EGP3mln down from EGP4,1mln.
Amer Group’s marketing manager Mahmoud Khalifa said:” CityScape Egypt exhibition contributes immensely to enhancing the property businesses amid Coronavirus-induced fallout.”
“ Through the CityScape platform, we review Porto Heliopolis, a prime project through which we launch discounts for clients ready for cash payment. Also, we have in place a payment scheme with a 10% upfront payment plan, 10-year installments, and delivery coming due after three years.”
Amer Group initiates exclusive offers on its properties while exhibiting in CityScape 2020, as it showcases units in Porto Sokhna at prices ranging from EGP600,000 during the exhibition days to EGP990,000 for the Porto Said project.
On the other hand, Sorouh Properties, the golden sponsor of CityScape, unveiled its Citadel, an administrative, commercial and entertainment building catering to needs of businessmen and spanning an area of 22,000sqm at the heart of the New Administrative Capital. The project, with investment costs of EGP1bn, is 50m away from the Ministries District and 150m away from the Central Bank.
Citadel project consists of two buildings with each having special identity catering to needs of domestic and international companies searching for headquarters in the governmental suburb: both are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, businessmen clubs fostering the conclusion of commercial deals.
There is also a plaza made up of an outdoor space linking the two buildings using marvellous architectural elements that are designed specifically to bring natural light to the interiors. Additionally, Citadel includes a food court with ritzy restaurants and a shopping mall with famed world trademarks.
The Land Developers launched the final phase of Ar-monia in the New Administrative Capital spanning an area of 42 acres and consisting of a 20%-built-up area while maintaining more than 80% green spaces. The project also includes varied residential units with designs ranging from one-bedroom to the so-called villa silo, a 4-bedroom apartment.

Another developer operating in the Nile Delta region, Master Builder Group, unleashed Rivergreen Medical Center, the first of its kind in the New Administrative Capital.
On the other hand, Mountain View made its debut in the CityScape Egypt exhibition this year. The company is charged with developing a bunch of high-end residential units and select resorts in some of Egypt’s prime locations, notably East, West Cairo, the Red Sea, and the North Coast.
Also included among companies participating in CityScape Egypt exhibition are Hide Part, Ora Developers, Orascom Development Holding, Al-Ahly Sabbour, Emaar, Lavestia, City Edge to name a few.
