Expo Republic to hold Nile Property exhibition in Jeddah, Riyad
Expo Republic, an Egyptian Emirati Exhibition organizer, announced that it will hold its first Nile Property exhibition in 2021 in Saudi Arabia, as Egyptian participants will embark on thelargest promotion campaign ever seen in KSA.
Nile Property Exhibitions’vigorous come-back is in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic which delayed Expo Republic’s plans for unleashing more versions in Arab countries and promoting Egyptian properties abroad.
Expo Republic chairman Dr. Bassem Kalila said the company is poised to kick-off the first version of Nile Property Exhibitions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, next March.
“ Coronavirus pandemic-induced grounding of flights and international lockdowns have delayed the company’s 2020 expansion schemes as regards property exhibitions that help promote Egyptian projects in the Arab Gulf states. The company resorted to the alternative routeof holding mega property exhibitions in the Egyptian governorates of Al-Mansoura and Alexandria,” said he.
Another Nile Property exhibition is scheduled to be held in Riyad, Saudi Arabia, this year.
The company took all precautionary measures necessary for emergencies precipitated by a new onslaught of Coronavirus outbreak and any possible lockdowns, he added.
Expo Republic is keen to safeguard developers against the annulment of the exhibition, as they are not asked to deposit any cash in return for their participation 10 days prior to the exhibition.
“ The company is bent on finalizing all measures and issuing all permits for developers to successfully achieve their own sales revenues targets.”
Last year, Saudi Arabia’s Nile Property exhibition ended in success, terminating a years-long ban on holding Egyptian exhibitions abroad.
At this event, the company showed an overt commitment to the kingdom’s regulations, helping it win everybody’s approbation and restored the favorable reputation enjoyed by Egyptian developers and organizers, he elaborated.
Expo Republic plans to hold exhibitions beyond the Arab countries in the United States, London, as one in the United Statesis in the pipelinelate this year.
