Saudi Arabia's Alfanar signed MOU with Benya

Saudi Arabia's Alfanar Group )alfanar) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Benya to establish a framework to exchange expertise and know-how in the areas of information technology, infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and smart cities in the region.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed Mekky, Chairman and CEO of Benya, and Eng. Jamal Wadi, Chairman of Al-Fanar Construction.

Eng. Ahmed Mekky explained that this agreement highlights Benya’s intention to cooperate with key players in the ICT industry in the region to the steady growth of the technology sector in Egypt and the Middle East.

Eng. Jamal Wadi, Chairman of Al-Fanar Construction, expressed his optimism about this agreement with Benya due to its long experience in the field of digital transformation in the region. This is coupled with the long experience of Al-Fanar Group which extends for more than 40 years in the Saudi and the Middle East markets; constituting a distinct advantage in this promising sector.
