New Generation Development launched New Administrative Capital's Botanica with sales targets of EGP2bn with the attendance of representatives of real estate marketing companies.

Recently, New Generation signed a strategic partnership deal with Foreign Affairs' Staff Committee to develop Botanica Compound at the New Administrative Capital.

Chief Executive of New Generation Development said the compound spans 23 acres in NAC's r7 area and consists of 1000 residential units with varying spaces, together with a commercial mall and fully-finished hotel apartments.

The compound will be marketed over two, instead of five, phases owing to rising demand for units of the compound seen during the reservation period.

The project is scheduled to start in the span of three months and to be finalized in three years.

According to chairperson of New Generation Development Eng. Asem Fadel, the company plans to inject EGP5bn investments in five years in several projects to capitalize on the expertise of its founders.

The New Administrative Capital is a dream that turned into reality, as the state managed to execute advanced phases and multiple projects in a record time, he elaborated.
