Wadi Degla to deliver all units of Ain Sokhna's Blumar Hills

To culminate achievements it made this year, Wadi Degla Developments finalized the entire construction and finishing works at Blumar Hills which overlooks Ain El Sokhna's Galala Mountains, the most fascinating landscapeacross the region.

Blumar Hills, built over 450,000sqm area, consists of two phases encompassing 190 units together with commercial spaces spanning 600sqm.

This year, though enforcing tough Coronavirus-induced challenges upon the company, may be dubbed as its"delivery year,”as it will hand over five projects, tourist and residential, this year with Blumar Hill topping the list.

Wadi Degla finalized modifying the façade of the commercial building and kicking-off Best Way.

Additionally, it finished off beautifying the beach as well as installing its railings and floorings, preparing the swimming pool and filling it with water.

Further still, it concluded gardening of public and private areas, along with constructing roads and lanes for the entire project.

Wadi Degla is keen to create an integrated infrastructure catering to the city's long-term needs.

Besides Blumar Hills, Wadi Degla owns several projects in Ain Sokhna, including Marina Wadi Degla.

Marina Wadi Degla is located over ​​630,000 sqm on the Suez Road in Ain Sokhna. Consisting of four phases, it was completely delivered in 2007.

Additionally, Blumar El Dome, away from end of El Sokhna's Katamya Road by 25 km and built over 200,000 sqm area, has been completely delivered.

Blumar El Sokhna, away from end of Katamya Road by 17km on Suez-Sokhna Road at 32 km and situated on 720,000 sqm, has been delivered.

With the delivery of the second phase of the project being underway, that of the first one is completed.

Murano, spanning over 470,000 sqm, includes about 2,000 units.

The first phase of the project has been delivered.

Mada Ain Sokhna, away from end of Katamya Road by 22km and built over 27,000 km, features a strategic location inside Ain Sokhna.
