Real Mark Developments promotes 3 mega projects for MCDR at EPIS
Maadi Company for Development and Reconstruction (MCDR) has built a solidpresence in 4th Generation Cities, such as Seabelle New Mansoura, with it taking part in the delivery of 1st phase of Maadi View in Al Shorouk City
Real Mark Developments (RMD), a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction and Development in the Ministry of Public Business Sector, is poised to take part in Egypt Properties & Investment Showtaking placein Nasr City’s Conference Hall from 7 to 10 July.
RMD’s participation in EPIS fulfills its strategy dictating the participation in several property exhibitions with the aim of promoting portfolio of companies affiliated to the Holding Company for Construction and Development, which RMD is charged with marketing using the most advanced techniques.
At Egypt Properties & Investment Show, RMD will market projects of MCDR, namely Zahraa Maadi’s Maadi Valley, Shorouk City’s Maadi View and New Mansoura City’s Seabelle City, while floating remarkable offers and payment facilities during the exhibition days and 8-year payment schemes.
Maadi Valley, spanning an area of 27 acres in Zahraa Maadi Neighborhood, includes 41 buildings with 7,9 and 11 floors, as only 15 buildings have been put up for sale up till now.
The completion rates for buildings put up for sale as well as their utilities (drainage networks, drinking water, internal lanes and electricity) amount to 78 percent and 55 percent respectively.
Some buildings with incomplete amenities are handed over to clients wishing to do the finishing on their own, as other full-amenities buildings will be delivered in the span of 6 months.
Further still, groundbreaking offers are made for units of Maadi View compound in Al Shorouk City spreading over an area of 136 acres. In order to ensure that all units overlook the green areas constituting 50 percent of its total area, the project contains 6 inter-connected islands.
MCDR is set to hand over some units in the first phase of Maadi View, as up to 85 percent of units, 90 percent of utilities and 50 percent of roads have been accomplished. Additionally, with the construction works in the second phase kick-started, the company has already recorded high accomplishment rates.
RMD is promoting Seabelle New Mansoura City, the first expansion made by MCDR in the 4th Generation Cities, to keep pace with the state’s policy dictating the creation of new urban communities. The project spreads over 58 acres with a 500m beachfront on corniche of New Mansoura City.
MCDR obtained the ministerial decree of the 5-phase project which includes 82 buildings with 7 different patterns totaling 1800 units with varied areas ranging from 57 to 220m.
The project encompasses upscale services, including a commercial mall spanning an area of 13,000 sqm anda 12,000 m administrative complex, together with a 10-acre social club, pitches, swimming pools and kids’ gardens.
The building site inclusive of the outer wall of the compound and digging works for the gates has been prepared. Also, sales and management headquarters have been accomplished, while the construction of 33 buildings in the first phase is underway.
