Maxim is rejuvenating Bo Sidi Abdelrahman Resort, Osoul Misr

Maxim  Developments,  a subsidiary of Maxim Investment Group, is going through a trailblazing  summer season featuring the launch of a multitude of  services and shopping malls at its North Coast Bo Sidi Abdelrahman Resort , together with booking high occupancy rates.

New Alamein City provides services catering to a year-round urban community. For instance, universities is starting to be in full swing, spurring developers and owners alike across North Coast on to speed up the renovation of services provided to clients and transform it from a seasonal city  into a year-long destination.

Maxim  Developments, a subsidiary of Maxim Investment Group, took this step at Bo Sidi Abdelrahman Resort, subdivided into Bo Island and Bo Sands projects, as the company upgraded their  services, streets, facades, among other works that Osoul  Misr Magazine observed while touring the project.  

 

 

An outstanding location

 

Bo Sidi  Abdelrahman Resort, in close proximity to New Alamein  City and 30-minute drive  from Alamein Int'l Airport, is located at 120 km on Alexandria-Matrouh Road.

Bo  Sidi  Abdelrahman Resort is situated next to Alamein Towers and El Masa Hotel, endowing the resort a strategic location near  New Alamein City,  particularly in the wake of the  operationalization of strategic services including universities, such as Alamein  University and Maritime Academy, together with lots of hotels,  hospitals and banks.

The project overlooks a 1km bay, a 1.6m deep crystal lagoon and features 30km  lagoon sandy beachfront facing the  residential units. The project features the largest crystal lagoon and  the longest beach across the tourist  villages.

While touring the heart  of Bo Sidi Abdelrahman Resort, Osoul Misr Magazine took notice of its elegant streets which Maxim Developments has upscaled and whose aesthetic view and cleanliness have been revamped.

Additionally, Maxim Developments re-painted facades of  challets and villas using the latest decorative standards in the construction industry  at its own expense, a move that was  heartily welcomed by clients.

Also, Maxim Developments has operationalized quite numerous services this season and introduced new brands of restaurants and cafes together with all services catering to needs of clients and adding value to the city, particularly those put in  use all year long. 

The beach accommodates all services cherished by clients. Further  still, the landscaping, swimming pools and changing-clothes rooms were revamped using world-class styles, as the developer was keen to observe all precautionary measures for  protecting the clients' health.

ROI of Bo Sidi Abdelrahman Resort jumped 50  percent this season

Launching service projects and revamping streets and facades helped increase ROI of the project's units by 50 percent this season with the latter seeing growing demand.

During this summer season, Maxim Developments held a musical at Bo Sidi Abdelrahman  Resort,  as the attendees enjoyed the performance of world-renowned singer  Shab Khalid.
