“Arabesque Development" launches the first phase of the Alcszar project
Arabesque Development is launching the first phase of the Alcszar project with a sales target of 50 million pounds, which is Mini Kampond, the highest technology of technology, using the Internet of Things, where the area of the first phase is 2000 square meters, said Dr. Abdel Hamid Al-Wazir, head of Arabesque Real Estate Development and head of the Support and Follow-up Committee of the New Cairo Developers Association.
He added that the company launched the first phase of the project at the exhibition "Amar ya Masr", where the Arabesque pavilion witnessed a great turnout at the exhibition as a result of the competitive prices offered by the company.
He confirmed that the project is being put forward in six phases, with the first phase comprising three buildings, with Spaces ranging from 150 to 160 square metres, at a price of 1 metre starting at 7,000 pounds per metre, with a premium of up to 6 years.
He pointed out that the company has an expansion plan to enter into new projects during the coming period, explaining that the real estate market is witnessing many developments during the coming period.
