D Bay’s cabins to be operational within 2 years, Tatweer Misr
Tatweer Misr will kick-off cabins and the clubhouse at D Bay North Coast within two years, according to chief executive and managing director Dr. Ahmed Shalaby.
In special statements delivered to Osoul Misr Magazine, he said that the company is running the project’s services and private beach, even before the delivery of the 1st phase’s units in the span of 4 years.
In the entirety of its projects, Tatweer Misr is keen to rejuvenate the services and provide all what clients may need, he explained.
The company is trying now to obtain the project’s permits, in preparation for kick-starting constructions, he said, noting that Tatweer Misr is a frontrunner as regards to obtaining the relevant ministerial decree from North Coast Construction Authority, affiliated to New Urban Communities Authority.
D Bay features a beachfront of up to 900m long, besides an epic lagoon, endowing all units with a fascinating water or lagoon view.
D Bay spreads over an area of 200 acres at km No.165 on Alexandria-Matrouh Road near El Dabaa area in front of El Dabaa Axis Road.
Tatweer Misr launched D Bay back in March in cooperation with a private investor.
The investment cost of the project is estimated at EGP7bn and its constructions are likely to finalize in the span of 6 years.
The project features a unique creative engineering design on a par with the latest construction models and styles.
The project is planned to include varied units, ranging from villas, chalets and serviced apartments, not to mention a set of service and recreational activities which Tatweer Misr will make available inside the project.
