El-Batal Group to participate in Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Exhibition 2021
El-Batal Group for Housing and Development announced that it will take part in Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Exhibition 2021 which will be held at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in 5th Settlement district on September 22-25.
In order to encourage investing in line with Egypt’s Development Vision 2030, the real estate company aims to introduce competitive units according to the global standards, and will offer a series of diverse real estate projects in East and West Cairo with special offers and installments to its customers during the Exhibition period.
El-Batal Group participation in Cityscape Real Estate Exhibition 2021 comes among its marketing plan which aims to participate in many real estate exhibitions around Egypt to be in touch with targeted customers.
El-Batal Group CEO Emad Doss asserted the company’s keenness on building connections with its customers in Egypt and around the world to know their needs and requirements which the company depends mainly on them in its future expansive plans to satisfy all of its customers.
Doss said that the company is also keen on creating and developing its designs to comply with the changes in the market, adding that the company had recently changed its logo to convey the current status.
“Rock Capital 1” is among the projects that will be presented by the company in Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Exhibition 2021.
“Rock Capital 1” is located in the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). The distinctive district achieved the highest sales among Egyptian and foreign investors, alongside investments revenues up to 25 % in record time.
The company aims to reach EGP 400 million of revenues in the first phase of the project. The total investments of project are EGP 2 bn, and the delivery will by the end of 2023.
He asserted that company is cooperating with international companies that are specialized in the architectural design and constructions, for example: Cracknell, WSW Architects, the Engineering Consulting Group (ECG), Ted Jacob Engineering Group.
“Royal Capital 1” spans over 21.581 meters, including 100 thousand meters for buildings. The units area ranges from 79 to 9000 square meters. “Royal Capital 1” is composed from two underground floors of 22000 meters designed for parking electric cars, in addition to a ground floor and seven storeys.
It also includes 4000 meters of balconies, gardens and green spaces, alongside with clinics, gym, and other services that could serve the needs of the customers.
“El-Batal Group” will also market for “Rock Ville” in the 5th Settlement district, “Rock Vera” in Obour City, “Rock Eden” in 6th of October City.
