GV’s credibility, location, and prices of "White Sand" pulled the rug from under the feet of the North Coast giants in the summer of 2022

The launch of GV Developments coincided with the development movement adopted and implemented by the state. Therefore, the company’s investment vision coincided with the state’s plans, so it implemented projects in the northern coast and eastern Cairo, in addition to the largest industrial city in western Cairo with an area of 26 thousand acres.

Regarding GV's investments in the North Coast, the company's projects are in line with the state's plan to develop Alexandria Governorate to be linked to the North Coast and New Alamein.

The state implements the 2030 plan to develop the eastern part of Alexandria, which includes Al-Montazah and Al-Maamoura, and 2032 plan to develop the western part, which includes Burj Al Arab and Sidi Kerir.

GV will carry out two projects as “downtown” between Alexandria and El Alamein

GV is the main real estate developer for the 38-kilometer area through the "Kerir City" project in the Sidi Kerir area. The company is carrying out a luxury housing project for the people of Alexandria Governorate in that promising city.

The "Kerir City" project is located on an area of 40 acres, and is characterized by a diversity of spaces and services to keep pace with all customers' needs.

White Sand

"White Sand" has a strategic location on the North Coast 75-kilometer area, linking the East and West, and actually represents the "Downtown" of the North Coast.

GV is keen to provide a product at competitive prices at the highest level as it addresses the B segment with a product with the quality and specifications of the A segment. The "White Sand" extends over an area of 186 acres.

It includes units of various sizes suitable for all categories, starting from 44 and 48 meters, chalets, and apartments, in addition to villas, starting from 188 meters up to 270 meters. As for the height of the buildings, it consists of a ground floor and 3 to 4 floors. Prices start from EGP900 thousand.

Carrying out the largest commercial centre in the North Coast on an area of 70,000 square meters and a beach of 150,000 square meters

The price of a two-bedroom model is EGP one million and 700 thousand, and the price of a three-room model is EGP2 million and 400 thousand.

The delivery of the first phases of the project is scheduled to start at the end of next year. There are units already completed and ready in this project.

"White Sand" is characterized by the lowest construction ratio, which does not exceed 18%, and the total number of units is 3,500 units.

The area of the beach is 150 thousand square meters, and it is similar to the Maamoura Corniche.
