Cornerstone Development participates in Nile Property Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Cornerstone Development Company is participating in the 8th edition of the Nile Property Expo, the most significant Egyptian real estate exhibition to be held outside the country, which will be held at CROWNE PLAZA RDC in Riyadh from November 24 to 26.

The percentage of construction in the project is 40%, and approximately LE 700 million were pumped as investments into the construction works.

The Curve has a particular uniqueness in terms of location, design, and master plan, as Cornerstone ensured that the project would be a perfect example of smart integrated urban projects that depend on using the latest technologies in line with world trends to achieve pillars of sustainability and energy conservation in every corner.

This is attained through cooperation with a group of the most outstanding consultants specialized in this regard, including the office of Arab Consulting Engineers, Moharram Bakhoum, with experience of more than 70 years as an engineering consultant for The Curve Project.

Among the consultants is Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA), which is specialized in developing master plans for the Project and the interiors of the various units, as well as cooperation with Studio Five to undertake the mission of landscape works and architectural interiors.

The designs of The Curve Project are derived from New York City designs, with its high ceiling buildings and giant glass facades, which bring much luxury to the units beyond the usual cement blocks.

The project also boasts its view of the largest park of 40 acres of open green spaces and breathtaking landscapes, which gave it an outstanding consistency between units and gardens that provide residents with a real respite and great psychological comfort.
