Merryland Park re-opened upon the finalization of 1st phase of development plan

Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HHD), a subsidiary of Holding Company for Construction and Development, opened the first phase of the Merryland Park development project with investments of around EGP 60 mn.

The first phase includes around 14 feddans, out of the park’s total area of 44 feddans, in partnership with major companies.

The developed area comprises a kid’s area, stadiums, and an area dedicated to restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Development works also include building walking trails and a red running track, in addition to increasing the green spaces to 38,800 sqm.

A land water tank is built for irrigation and drinking, alongside a complete firefighting system and lighting network.

The CEO of Heliopolis Company, Tamer Nasr, notes that the company is developing the master plan of New Heliopolis city and the immediate phase of the city is underway.
