Incelebration on the World Youth Skills Day، Emirates NBD- Egypt offers anexceptional training opportunity in collaboration with the EYouth platform،which specializes in the youth trainings. The training program includeslearning and development opportunities in a flexible environment that allows ablend of online and offline learning.

TheYouth Skills Gate programdiscusses basic financial concepts such asfinancial planning، decision-making in finance، and financial inclusion. It alsoincludes the development of personal skills for trainees، such as effectivecommunication skills، leadership skills، and job skills in the banking sector،all free of charge and available to young talents from 21 to 26 years oldall overEgypt.

Developing English language skills

Thebank، in cooperation with EYouth، offers a number of programs for developingprofessional English language skills through the American University in Cairofor five young women and men. according to the bank's plan to support youngpeople through the celebration of International Youth Day.

Participants are selected incoordination between the bank's management and the company. The selectioncriteria include، firstly: the financial need، where beneficiaries aredetermined according to their financial status and the urgent need for thegrant، taking into account income، expenses، and the personal economicconditions of the applicants. The second criterion is the academic performance،which considers the applicants' academic success and educational excellence،such as previous grades and overall academic achievement. Thirdly: socialcontribution and participation in community activities، such as volunteeringand community initiatives. Fourthly: ambition and desire to learn، where thepassion and desire of the applicants to continue their education and developtheir skills، and their readiness to benefit from the educational opportunitiesoffered، in addition to legal conditions and other determinants، such asspecified age، nationality، and residence in Egypt. Sixthly: the selectionshould include applicants from all over Egypt and balance between thepercentage of females and males. Seventhly: the participants should be studentsof government universities.
