IGI Developments sells out 100 units within 24 hours in Ashgar City Compound

IGI Developments has launched the first phase of Garden Gate at Ashgar City project in 6th of October city، west Cairo، on Saturday، 14 January 2023، at the Crowne Plaza West Hotel، and witnessed a huge demand by customers، as the entire first phase، consisting of 100 units، was sold out within 24 hours of the launch.

The units of the latest phases of Garden Gate are distinguished by features that aroused the interest of customers، including the distinctive design and view، landscape areas equipped with water bodies، an outdoor gym، and a BBQ area، at competitive prices.
