Kicking Off in New Jersey: Nile Property Expo teams up with Nawy to transform the export of Egyptian real estate

Expo Republic، the organizer of the Nile Property Expo، has announced its partnership with Nawy، a company specializing in real estate technology، to promote Egyptian real estate abroad and create a breakthrough in exporting Egyptian properties.

This partnership marks the first step for Expo Republic in achieving its plan for this year by forging strategic alliances with major governmental، consulting، and financial entities. The goal is to introduce new technologies aimed at enhancing the Nile Property Expo and launching a series of editions in international markets.

Nile Property Expo

Chairperson of Expo Republic for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences Dr. Bassem Kalila stated that the collaboration with the Nawy platform is the first of its kind in real estate exhibitions. The aim is to provide the greatest benefit to companies participating in Nile Property Expo by leveraging the innovative technologies used by the platform، ensuring that companies achieve their targeted results and reach a new customer base outside Egypt. Nawy will serve as the exclusive real estate consultant for the Nile Property Expo.

Kalila added that the upcoming edition of the Nile Property Expo، which will be held for the first time in New Jersey، USA، under the patronage of the Egyptian Cabinet، will feature innovative marketing methods and techniques through the successful partnership between Expo Republic and Nawy.

He explained that the contract with Nawy is for one year and is renewable. This year، both parties will collaborate on several other international exhibitions، including a Nile Property Expo edition to be held in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، later this year.

He pointed out that the contract with Nawy will offer various services to clients، including mortgage-financing solutions.

Mohamed Abu Ghoneima، Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nawy، expressed his happiness with the collaboration with Expo Republic، especially given the success of Nile Property Expo over the past seven years in contributing to the export of real estate and attracting foreign clients to Egyptian market. This success is due to the credibility of the company and its commitment to selecting serious developers for participation in international exhibitions، which has helped gain the trust of foreign clients.

Meanwhile، Ahmed Rafea، Chief Business Development Officer at Nawy، stated that the partnership with Expo Republic will enable Nawy to reach a larger customer base outside Egypt، including Egyptians working abroad، as well as Arab and foreign clients. He pointed out that this segment represents about 30% of the total clients who have completed transactions through the platform.

Expo Republic is gearing up to launch the 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo in New Jersey، USA، marking the first Egyptian real estate exhibition to be held in the state.

The 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo will feature major real estate developers showcasing a diverse portfolio of projects across various cities and regions in Egypt، including Al Ahly Sabbour، Saudi Egyptian Developers، and Lake View.

In May، Expo Republic organized the 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، which witnessed a large turnout and impressive sales for participating companies.

Since its inception in 2017، the Nile Property Expo has generated nearly $500m in sales for real estate developers، with participation from over 90 developers across various editions of the exhibition.
