During a tour with Osoul Misr within the core of Hometown Developments’ projects، CEO Diaa El-Din Farag revealed detailed insights into the company’s developments and implementation progress. Farag emphasised how Hometown Developments is committed to delivering innovative products that meet the needs of its targeted customer base، thereby adding significant value to the Egyptian market.

Hometown Developments’ projects consistently deliver substantial investment returns for clients within short time frames

Diaa El-Din Farag confirmed that the company continues to achieve top construction rates in its projects within the Administrative Capital and is on track to deliver its first developments this year.

The company is also taking significant steps toward expanding and implementing new، distinctive projects.

The CEO explained، “Due to the excellence of its projects and the delivery of products tailored to the needs of global brands and major companies، the company has successfully attracted some of the largest brands to its developments in the capital.

This includes brands making their debut in Egypt، reflecting the distinctive and innovative approach the company has embraced.”

Innovative Construction Techniques

Osoul Misr toured the core of Hometown Developments، where the company strategically selected locations for three of its projects to ensure complete integration.

These developments are designed to offer products that deliver the highest levels of integrated commercial، entertainment، and administrative services.

Diaa El-Din Farag emphasised that the company is committed to utilising the latest construction standards، advanced technologies، and the highest quality raw materials to deliver sustainable، top-tier products.

“We employed the highest grade 500 reinforcing steel، which is engineered to withstand earthquakes، high winds، and other forces that could compromise structures، thereby extending the lifespan of the buildings and ensuring the safety of their occupants. Additionally، we used concrete with the highest resistance strength،” he stated.

He emphasised the company’s commitment to exceeding standard construction specifications and material requirements.

“To ensure the highest quality، the company collaborates with leading firms specialising in building materials and infrastructure.

Notably، Ezz Steel and ElSewedy Electric were utilised in the projects.

Additionally، the company has engaged major consultants to oversee the implementation of its developments.”

The company has constructed extensive underground basements to accommodate parking and support sustainability

Hometown Developments CEO noted the importance of incorporating all sustainability aspects، starting with providing extensive underground parking facilities.

For three of the company’s mall projects، which are situated in close proximity to one another، two underground basements with a height of 6 meters each were constructed.

These basements were integrated to serve the combined needs of the projects، resulting in a total basement area of 22000 square meters.

We employ 100 direct engineers and staff members، with over 2000 indirect workers across project sites

He further added that “The built-up area constitutes 30% of the total land area، with careful attention given to maximising services and open spaces.”

Zaha Park Project

The company has completed 70% of its four projects in the New Administrative Capital

Diaa El-Din Farag، Hometown Developments CEO، announced that the company has completed 70% of the construction for its four projects in the New Administrative Capital.

We have achieved a 90% completion rate for Zaha Park، which is on track for delivery

He further indicated that the company’s flagship project، Zaha Park، is 90% complete.

Farag noted that the project will be delivered and opened within the current year.

The Zaha Park project is situated in the MU23 area and is a mixed-use development encompassing commercial، administrative، and medical functions. Built on a 7200-square-meter site، it features a ground floor and nine upper floors، with a total built area of 36100 square meters.

The project is located on the Al Amal Axis، connecting Suez Road with residential neighbourhoods R2 and R3 and the northern Bin Zayed Axis.

The development includes three floors designated for restaurants and distinctive retail stores، two floors for medical units، and the remaining floors for administrative offices، offering a variety of office spaces.

Diaa El-Din Farag stated that “the company has ensured the installation of six elevators in the building. He also noted that the minimum unit size in the project is 30 square meters، in accordance with the code and requirements set by the Capital Company for the installation of electricity meters.”

Lafayette Village Project

The Lafayette Village project has reached 100% completion in both concrete works and overall building structures

Diaa El-Din Farag reported that the company has completed 100% of the concrete work and 100% of the building structures for the Lafayette Village project.

The facade work is currently underway، with 75% completion achieved. Overall، approximately 80% of the total project has been completed.
The Lafayette Village project features a ground floor and five additional floors، designed as a state-of-the-art commercial centre.

It is situated across from Al-Masa Hotel in the Downtown area، near the Government District، Green River، and Mohamed bin Zayed North Axis. The development includes a plaza spanning 25000 square meters and eight VIP cinema halls.

Udora Project

In the Udora project، we have poured 30000 square meters of concrete.

The CEO explained that the company has completed approximately 75%  of the concrete work for the Udora project، with around 30000 square meters of concrete poured to date.

He highlighted that the company is introducing a new phase of the Udora project in the New Administrative Capital، named Richesse. “This phase offers distinctive units at competitive prices and flexible payment options.

The latest phase is strategically located in front of Al-Masa Hotel and the Central Monorail Station، on the Central Axis of the Financial and Government District.

Situated just two minutes from all major landmarks of the New Administrative Capital، the exceptional location enhances the project’s investment value، thereby increasing potential customer returns.”
