Entering into a partnership with Nawy to promote Egyptian real estate exports

Dr. Bassem Kalila - Chairman of Expo Republic - stated، “Collaboration with Nawy marks the first step in the company’s plan for the current year.” He added، “The strategy includes forming strategic partnerships with major governmental، consulting، and financial entities to introduce new technologies to enhance the Nile Property Expo and launch a series of events in global markets”.

Kalila highlighted that this partnership with Nawy is unprecedented in the real estate exhibition sector.

“The collaboration aims to maximise the benefits for companies participating in the Nile Property Expo by leveraging Nawy’s innovative technological solutions، ensuring that companies meet their goals and expand their client base outside Egypt. Hosting its first U.S. exhibition in New Jersey under the patronage of the Egyptian Council of Ministers

The CEO also added that “The First Nile Property Expo in New Jersey، USA، held under the patronage of the Egyptian Council of Ministers، will showcase innovative marketing methods resulting from the successful cooperation between Expo Republic and Nawy،”

He further elaborated that the contract with Nawy is set for one year، with an option for renewal.

Over 90 real estate developers have participated in the exhibitions for over seven years

The partnership will extend to several other international exhibitions this year، including the Nile Property Expo event in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، scheduled for the end of the year.

The agreement with Nawy will also offer various services to clients، including real estate financing solutions.

Expansion Into New Markets

Kalila stated that the Nile Property Expo aim to expand into new markets beyond the Arab world، following extensive studies that identified strong demand for Egyptian real estate among Egyptians working abroad and foreign investors.

“The local currency’s decline against the dollar has made real estate attractive، offering high returns. He added that the Egyptian market is distinguished by a diverse range of properties، with developers competing to provide the best products،” he explained.

The 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo in New Jersey will feature leading developers، including Al Ahly Sabbour، Saudi Egyptian Development، and Lake View، showcasing a wide array of projects across various cities in Egypt.

Last May، Expo Republic hosted the 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia، which attracted significant attendance and delivered strong sales for participating companies.

Dr. Kalila noted that over the past seven years since the Nile Property Expo was launched، the company has been committed to helping developers exceed their sales targets، contributing to the exhibition’s success.
