Construction works at Mostakbal City to go ahead as in normal times, meeting

The need to carry out construction works at New Cairo’s Mostakbal  City at the semi-normal tempo was highlighted in a lengthy meeting chaired by managing director of El-Mostakbal For Urban Development Eng. Esam Nasef and attended by the project’s developers. 

Developers entrusted with installing utilities and building infrastructure in the first phase of the project  were encouraged to finalize their works on time.

Also, they were told to comply with the precautionary measures and safety standards prescribed to preserve safety and health of workers against the dangers of Coronavirus pandemic. 

“ This meeting is held on a regular basis in order to discuss how to surmount all obstacles that may undermine schedules  set for Mostakbal City projects,” said Nasef. 

Works on the 500 acres  First Suburb are scheduled to  kick-off and to include Green Square and L’vanir projects, which are developed by Al-Ahly Sabbour  Development. 

They also include Zizinia El-Mostakbal Compound, which is developed by ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investment. Additionally, a part of Neoplis project is developed by Wadi Degla Developments. 

Nasef noted that the main gate of the city, situated at the entrance of  the Middle Ring Road, is currently under construction. 

Moreover, the construction of the two administrative and services buildings has been assigned to respective companies and all pertinent contracts have been inked. 

Nasef said that he is confident that the Egyptian state will overcome the current impasse without losing  the solid economic gains achieved in the past few years.
