Minka Development to inject LE5.5bn investments in five years, CEO
Minka Development, one of the latest Sallam family-owned ventures, seeks to inject LE5.5bn in investments in the span of five years, founder and chief executive Abdallah Sallam told Osoul Misr Magazine.
"The company will set up two firms, one for after-sale services and the other for administrative purposes," he noted, adding that the company tries to have solid relations with its clients in line with policy of Sallam family which founded several companies and brands.
"For example, Olympic Electric, one of Sallam family-ownedbrands that went popular back in the 1990s, adopted slogans indicative of the importance of holding strong relationshipwith clients."
In Kinda compound, an East Cairo project built over 28 acres with investments of LE5bn, customers are spared fromrequestingmaintenance for a long period of time, he explained.
"This is attributable to quality building materials, highest technical specifications and the upscale interior finishing in use in the project."
Kinda's construction designs were drawn back in July 2019 and initial construction works started in May 2020, while the project is scheduled to finalize by 2025.
Kinda project, mimicking the living styles of major Canadian cities, creates sustainable, practical residential community through adhering to ninestandards recommending theavailability of societal services, fine weather, easy-to-communicate means, superb designs, educational institutions, medical care facilities, green areas, sustainability and security, he noted.
"Kinda project encompasses 800 fully-finished units and includes a phased delivery plan. The project is divided into areas for villas, apartments, offices, entertainment and services. With green space covering up to 75% of its total area, Kinda project is designed to cope withair, sun and hygiene characteristics of the place."
The project is comprised of excellent specialized clinics and health insurance schemes in collaboration with renowned providers.
Also, educational services will be made available in Kinda compound in collaboration with international Canadian school and a program that provides scholarships in Canadian universities.
