Hyde Park Developments to launch Tawny Compound in West Cairo
Hyde Park Developments is launching its latest projects in 6th of October City Tawny Hyde Park Compound, debuting its West Cairo's projects and constituting an addition to Hyde Park, its pioneering project in the Fifth Settlements district.
Tawny is located in a strategic spot within 6th of October City, as it is easily accessible from the 26th of July corridor, Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and the Wahat Road. The project's first phase targets sales of EGP2sbn.
Tawny, scheduled to be delivered early 2024, is a 31-acre gated residential compound with built-up area representing no more than 20% of the project's total plot of land.
Ameen Serag, managing director of Hyde Park Developments, said the project fulfills the company's expansion plan.

Current indicators suggest that Egypt's real estate sector is poised to rally in the upcoming period, as it remains a safe-haven investment for consumers, he noted.
"The project is outlined to have upscale buildings and spaces, not to mention the green spaces that will make owners enjoy the place."
While seeking to meet needs of all segments of clients, Tawny is made up of just 216 villas with varied spaces ranging from 240 to 288 m. For the first time, Tawny rolls out Quads-villa.
