Masharf Property, SAK Developments to launch a property show at NAC

Masharf Property joined forces with SAK Developments and Landmark Developments to kick-off a property show for investors of the New Administrative Capital from 13 to 14 November. 

The show is expected to comprise  property launches as varied as commercial, housing, medical, administrative and hospitality projects, taking place inside NAC.

Chief of commercial division at Masharf Property Mr. Mohamed Hegazy said:” The exhibition is catering to the needs of seekers of select properties, be they for lodging or investing. Also, it showcases exclusive and unprecedented offers fit for clients in the two-day event.”  

“ The show falls into sync with the clients’ deferred demand, the gradual return of  normality in the real estate market, as well as the offers made available exclusively during the show.” 

On the other hand, head of sales division at SAK Developments Ahmed Ezzat said that the show creates an excellent opportunity for marketing NAC’s launches.

“ The company will take part in this event through releasing new housing units at NAC’s Sueno, a 7R District’s boutique compound that offers exclusive apartment and duplex options.

Sueno, situated near universities and all services, features a scaled-down built-up area with the lowest densely-populated area in NAC, making clients more free to access  easily all diversified services constituting 85% of the total project area. 

Also, the project provides residential units with varying spaces and finished interiors, as well as a wide variety of payment-schemes.
