Nile and Al-Ahram Group appoints Karim Mamoun as head of the commercial sector
Mamoun: The company will launch the largest project in the Al-Abraj area in the Administrative Capital, the first half of 2021
"Nile and Al-Ahram" real estate group contracted with Karim Mamoun to take over the position of head of the group's commercial sector in conjunction with preparing the group to launch the largest administrative commercial project in the Al-Abraj area in the New Administrative Capital.
Karim Mamoun occupied the position of head of the commercial sector of Edge Holding Company, and during that period he succeeded in achieving successes in the company's projects in the New Administrative Capital, and the name “Karim Mamoun” emerged as the best commercial sector chief in recent years, in addition to his experience in the real estate sector, which exceeded 15 years.
Mamoun held several positions in the major Arab and local real estate companies operating in the Egyptian market, including the UAEs Al-Futtaim Group, the Maadi Real Estate Development Company, and the Kuwaiti Al-Kharafi Group.
Karim Mamoun, head of the commercial sector of Nile and Al-Ahram Real Estate Group, said that he is seeking during the coming period to achieve a new success for the group inside the new administrative capital simultaneously to prepare the launch of a new project in the towers area in the new administrative capital.
Mamoun explained that Nile and Al-Ahram Group owns a portfolio of more than 100 projects in New Cairo that enables it to compete strongly in the Administrative Capital, especially as it will launch a new real estate product with unconventional specifications and it will surprise the market.
Mamoun added that the real estate market needs new and innovative ideas, especially in administrative, commercial, and hotel activities, which the group seeks to present to the market during the coming period.
Mamoun pointed out that the competition will not be easy, but in cooperation with the work team and the board of directors, represented by Eng. Mohamed Taher, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Engineer Mahmoud Taher, CEO of the Group, to present a completely different project to the client who wants to invest and live.
Mamoun refused to disclose the details of the new project until all procedures and contracts are completed.
The head of the commercial sector assured that real estate companies with strong financial solvency, new real estate product, and previous business, can compete, gain customer confidence, and make a new addition to the sector.
