Alriyadh Misr decided to drop coronavirus-related delay penalties for 150 customers at various projects, in fulfillment of its own plan for backing its customers and providing them with facilities corresponding with the market changes.

Alriyadh Misr's customer services manager Dina Khalid  said that the relationship between the company and its customers is not restricted to financial transactions which are often turned to the company's advantage, as this relationship also serves long-term cooperation and hence takes into account the external coronavirus-related circumstances encountering clients.

"There are a lot of committed clients who happened to encounter financial problems resulting from coronavirus pandemic and  for whom the company went to relinquish delay penalties placed on them for failing to repay their instalments,  with the aim of cementing its relationship with the clients," said she, noting that the company's solvency and  cash flows have never been impacted by the move to let go any delay fines.

In the meantime, the company is carrying out its projects on time and works relentlessly to redouble constructions volumes in order to curb coronavirus spillovers, to accomplish the full delivery of its projects scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020 and to expedite the delivery of some projects scheduled for next year 2022, in conjunction with  what the Egyptian state is doing to fast-track the execution of  developmental projects and the overall reform plan, she maintained.

Since the commencement of coronavirus crisis, the company, emanating from the desire to preserve the clients' interests as it does with its own employees, has put in place programs and alternatives for clients so as to be able to accept all claims submitted for relegating the repayment of any installments and hence avert the need to pay any fines contained in the contracts.

A customer service program will be launched and will become operational as of the date of entering into agreement with the clients, so as to forge a steady relationship with clients and remain informed about their queries and requests and keep them updated about the execution of their projects, she concluded.
