Amr Soliman: Mountain View shows its expertise in developing happy communities in MIPIM
Eng. Amr Soliman, Chairman of Mountain View, said that Egypt's participation in MIPIM, the world's leading real estate market event, as well as a number of major real estate development companies, reflects the strength of the Egyptian market and gives Egypt a distinct 'brand' commensurate with its current position as the world's top real estate developer.
Amr Soliman told 'Osoul Misr' in an exclusive interview on the sidelines of the MIPIM Exhibition that "the current development momentum in Egypt exceeds the development rates in various countries around the world."
"Egypt's participation in the MIPIM Exhibition for the second year in a row aids to putting the Egyptian market on the radar of investors and foreign funds," he continued.

"At MIPIM, Mountain View is showcasing its experience in the 'icity' cities of west and east Cairo, which is the first model to apply the science of happiness on four levels."
He also said that the Company would display its experience and how it has applied the science of happiness to Egyptian products at a number of meetings and discussions on the sidelines of MIPM. It will also describe the sustainability procedures that have been used, which include building shapes, smart solutions, and all modes of life and living.
The 'iCity' projects in 6th of October City and New Cairo are one of the partnership projects between the Urban Communities Authority and Mountain View.
Mountain View was the first Egyptian firm in the Middle East to get the Tony Hsieh International Award in its first edition, which was hosted in Las Vegas, USA, for using the science of happiness. Mountain View's experience was also extrapolated in 'Beyond Happiness,' a best-selling book on Wall Street in the United States that includes a whole chapter on Mountain View and its use of the science of happiness.
The book is written by Jenn Lim, CEO of Delivering Happiness (DH).
Mountain View was also the first Egyptian firm to attend the BOMA International Conference & Expo in Boston, USA, which offers unparalleled chances for real estate professional growth.
