Marketing expenses are funneled to extend immediate discounts to 33 units at Green River Tower

According to Chief Executive at Modon Developments Mr. Ahmed Usama, the company has opted for earmarking the marketing campaign expenses for its projects during the Holy Month of Ramadan so as to pass on forthcoming advantages to clients, notably big offers and discounts.

The company, he noted, has studied several mechanisms so as to slash extra costs overburdening customers in the face of the current economic headwinds. The company reached the conclusion that extending immediate discounts help achieve the desirable sales targets and slash some extra costs which would have otherwise been added to the unit.

Modon Developments is anxious to put up for sale high quality and low-priced products catering to clients' needs.

The 30-storey Green River Tower, spreading over 60,000m area, is deemed the tallest building overlooking the Green River. Contests are made every day, as the contenders giving the right answers would become eligible to receive a free-of-charge order from certain restaurants via the Talabat app, he continued.

Also, Modon Developments has organized an event during the Holy Month of Ramadan, which is held in a famed sporting club with the attendance of 31 real estate marketers. The winner becomes eligible to receive an award amounting to EGP40,000, in conformity with the company’s keenness on incentivizing marketers and creating new mechanisms that ensure communications continue.
