ALQAMZI Developments - Egypt contracts with DMC to implement works of EGP 500 m in Seazen، North Coast

ALQAMZI Developments-Egypt Co. signed a construction agreement worth EGP 500 million with Dar Al-Mimar Construction Co. "DMC"، in confirmation of the seriousness and commitment to finish quickly، to implement works within the first phase of the "Seazen" project in the North Coast.

The signing of the agreement was attended by Mr. Yasser Zidan، Al Qamzi - Egypt Chairman، Mr. Sherif Ismail Soliman، DMC's CEO and Vice Chairman، and Eng. Mohamed Diab، CEO of "Inversion" project management Co.، as well as company leaders and a group of media gentlemen.

According to the cooperation agreement between the two parties، the "DMC" Co. will implement residential units in the "Seazen" project with various spaces and different models including chalets، twin houses، townhouses، and standalone villas.

Mr. Yasser Zidan، Al-Qamzi - Egypt's Chairman، stated that the company announces، by contracting with the "DMC"، the start of building construction works in the first phase of the "Seazen" project، in record time، after less than 6 months from obtaining the licenses for the project.

He indicated that the company assigned the implementation work in the phase subject to the contract with  DMC، after the offers submitted by 18 major contracting companies were evaluated by the "Invergen" project management company and DMC was chosen for its distinguished works precedent، which relies on quality، accuracy، and commitment to delivery dates on time.

He explained that there are companies that submitted lower bids to implement the project، but "Al-Qamzi  keenness on quality outweighed DMC Co.

The duration of the implementation of the works subject to the contract in the "Seazen" project is one year and it is intended to complete the implementation of the entire project within 5 years، he added.

The "Seazen" project is located on an area of 204 acres on the North Coast at kilometer 170 in the Dabaa region، with investments amounting to EGP 14 billion and it includes residential units of various sizes with fully finished units.
