Eng. Tamer Badr El Din، CEO of Badreldin Developments، emphasized the Group's commitment to expanding in the Egyptian market despite challenges. He affirmed that utmost privacy was prioritized when designing ONE33، with the project featuring the lowest building percentage، the highest proportion of green areas، various services، and a large underground parking area.

Eng. Ahmad Badr El Din، CEO of El Badr، confirmed that ONE33 was designed to meet the diverse needs of clients seeking luxurious residential units and a sustainable، joyful lifestyle. The units vary in size، ranging from 85 to 220 square meters، and they include apartments and duplexes.

He asserted that ONE33 comprises about 160 buildings in total، with configurations of ground plus 3 floors or ground plus 4 floors. Each building houses 20 to 25 apartments، with areas ranging from 85 to 155 square meters، occupying the majority of the project's units.

Explaining the project's phased implementation، he mentioned that the delivery of the first phase is scheduled to begin in 2028، offering commercial spaces including shops of various sizes and luxurious administrative offices catering to entrepreneurial needs.
