Inspiring positive change
Right to Dream is a group of purposeful academies، professional football clubs، and educational institutions now growing across the world. For 20 years، we’ve created opportunities for young boys and girls to develop themselves through football and education، as part of our work to inspire positive change within football. Our inaugural academy has been providing life-changing opportunities for talented youth across West Africa since it launched in Ghana in 1999 and has continued to grow its offering of scholarships to talented children who are drawn in from all over Africa. In 2016، Right to Dream acquired FC Nordsjælland to offer our players a path to one of the fastest growing clubs in European football and create another academy model in Denmark. In 2021، the Mansour Family truly believed in Right to Dream’s vision and decided to acquire ownership of the entity through Man Sports and expand it to Egypt to create more opportunities for talented Egyptian youth to achieve their dreams. In 2023، the Mansour Family further expanded the Right to Dream community by acquiring an MLS franchise in San Diego with the plans to build another Right to Dream Academy in the United States as well.
