Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment has announced a partnership with the Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) to undertake the final construction phase of iCity New Cairo project including 19 buildings. Valued at EGP 2.5 billion out of a total EGP 10 billion allocated to accelerate progress and enhance completion rates across the project, this collaboration will adhere to top-tier global quality standards.
This partnership reflects Mountain View’s strategic vision and goals for 2024, which included pumping a total investment of EGP 14.6 billion dedicated to constructing its diverse projects. Of this total, EGP 6 billion is specifically allocated to iCity projects in New Cairo and October. By partnering with leading international contractors, Mountain View aims to achieve the highest quality standards and timely project completion, further advancing the company’s objective of making substantial progress across its project portfolio.

Spanning 500 acres, iCity project comprises six main zones: Mountain Park, North Park, Lagoon Park, Club Park, MV3, and MV Park. Each zone is distinguished by unique features, with green spaces making up over 25% of the entire project area. In July, Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, visited iCity to review its progress. During his visit, the Minister emphasized iCity as a flagship project representing the partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority and Mountain View to drive innovative urban development in Egypt.
