MIPIM Day 2 - KSA Ministry of Investment signs MoU with Hines Invest Saudi at MIPIM, plus more news from the day

The KSA Ministry of Investment (MISA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hines. Hines, a global leader in real estate investment, brings innovative expertise to explore development opportunities in Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving market. This partnership highlights MISA's commitment to attracting international investment and enhancing the Kingdom's real estate sector.

At the Saudi Talks stage, MIPIM delegates heard updates on three NEOM projects: The Line, Magna and Trojena.  There were also presentations from New Murabba, Premium Residency, Sports Boulevard Foundation, Events Investment Fund and Retal Urban Development Company.

Key KSA developers came together for panel discussions on how Saudi Arabia’s changing demographics affect development planning, and the impact of mega events on the real estate sector.  Saudi Arabia is hosting Riyadh Expo 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034.

The MIPIM conference programme features two dedicated sessions on KSA.  Fahed Al Hashem, Assistant Deputy Minister of Investment Development, KSA Ministry of Investment and Manar Al Moneef, Chief Investment Officer at NEOM will take part in ‘Cities of the Future’, held at the Geo Focus Stage.   Secondly, there will be a session on KSA’s evolving real estate sector, with participation from NEOM, Diriyah and New Murabba.

The Saudi Talks stage will host a panel discussion ‘Creating Liveable Cities’ with senior leadership from Architecture and Design Commission, sarcc, Diriyah and New Murabba.

There will also be presentations from Retal Urban Development Company and Premium Residency on the Saudi Talks stage.
