The View launches EPIC Compound in Sheikh Zayed City

The leading Real Estate Investments  company, The View, launches its residential compound EPIC in Sheikh Zayed , 6 October City , with total investments exceeding EGP 1bn , as a part of the company's expansion plans in Egypt.

According to Adel Galal , CEO of The View Real Estate, the new residential project will be executed over an area of 15 acre in Zayed City on Cairo-Alexandria road , as it comprises all kinds of luxurious residential units and includes Stand alone Villas , town and twin houses ,all units ranging from 200 to 400 Sqm.

He explained that the project is being implemented on 20% buildings and 80% green spaces; In addition to a green area of ​​500 square meters for each independent villa; walkway ; lanes for bikes; a playground for kids; artificial lakes; cameras and sports gym ; In addition to a shopping mall, entertainment and services area in a unique location inside the project; on the  ground and first floor.

He indicated that the project implementation period is 3 years. In two phases; It is scheduled to start construction on the project by the end of this year.

He noted that the company offers a variety of payment systems to suit the purchasing power of the target customers with advances starting from 0% and facilities up to 10 years.

 The View Real Estate Investment CEO added that his company is studying a number of investment opportunities available in the Egyptian real estate market and expanding the portfolio of new projects during the coming period.

He also explained that the company focuses on launching a different urban community in terms of distance and with construction equipment and modern systems in order to meet the client's needs.
