Sobha Realty launches phase 3 of Tranquility plots
UAE-based premium real estate developer Sobha Realty has announced the launch of Phase 3 of the Tranquillity plots, which include 19 exclusive plots for customised villa developments within its iconic Sobha Hartland master-development.
Sobha Hartland Tranquility features exclusive waterfront and forest plots in Sobha Hartland, which is an eight million square feet freehold master-development in Dubai's Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Phase 3 offers a view of the waterfront promenade and lush greenery, surrounding the forest villas within Sobha Hartland. The plots range in size from 6,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet.
The launch backed by popular investor interest follows the successful sell out of 40 plots as part of Phase 1 and Phase 2.
The sell-out of Phase 1 and 2, and launch of Phase 3 of Sobha Hartland Tranquility comes amidst a recent study by Property Finder which reinforced the ongoing demand for villas and townhouses.
Around 11.5% of all villa and townhouse sales were directed towards Mohammed bin Rashid City, the study quoted statistics from March 2021.
