The View Real Estate Investment launches EPIC in Sheikh Zayed
The View Real Estate Investment Company has launched the "EPIC" project in Sheikh Zayed City.

He mentioned that all services within the compound are using the artificial intelligence "IPIC" robot, in operation, gate security, cleaning, gardens and maintenance works, through an integrated technological system and communication between the compound members, in addition to a full link of health, social and administrative services with the artificial intelligence system to contribute to the provision of all Desires of the client.
"The View Real Estate Investment company" targets a number of investment opportunities during the coming period, including the launch of the second phase of the "APIC" compound in Sheikh Zayed "and the development of a project in the Administrative Capital, and the new Alamein , in line with Egypt's plan to develop new cities, providing investment opportunities for investors.
He clarified that "The View Real Estate Investment" has launched the first phase of the "IPIC" integrated services project between residential, commercial and administrative services in the new Sheikh Zayed City, with a targeted sales volume of one billion within the company's expansion plan in the market .
He indicated that the project will be implemented within 3 years, in two phases; It is scheduled to start construction in the project by the end of this year, and the number of units in the first phase is 116 units, and the construction cost is 350 million pounds, and the company plans to hand over the project in full in 2024.
