Redcon Construction to build a tablet plant in Beni Suef

In recognition ofEgypt’s growing investment opportunities, Redcon Construction was awarded a contract to build a tablet factory in Upper Egypt’s Beni Suef governorate to the advantage of Samsung International.

According to projects coordinator at Redcon Construction Eng. Omar El Gammal, international conglomerates’ expansions in Egypt reflects the country’s favorable investments climate, the real and growing opportunities, adding that awarding Redcon Construction shows off how the company with its fascinating track record in the Egyptian market is widely trusted by local, international and governmental entities.

Redcon Constructions is executing works at the behest of leading developers, like SODIC, ORA’s ZED, City Stars and City Edge.

The new factory is built over 500m area and will be equipped with state-of-the-art constructions, he elaborated

“ Redcon Construction has recently entered into agreement with Emaar Misr to carry out a new phase at North Coast’s Marasi, comprising 15 residential 4-storey buildings inclusive of basements. Also, it bagged a contract from Palm Hills to carry out residential buildings within 6th of October City’s Badeya project which is developed by Palm Hills in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority,” said he.

Further still, Redcon Constructions is executing works to the advantage of leading developers, such as SODIC, ORA’s ZED, City Stars and City Edge.

The company is implementing mega projects for the sake of the Egyptian state in the New Administrative Capital and within the Central Businesses District, namely the renovation of the Green River. In New Alamein City, it is building skyscrapers within the Towers District as well as works in the Recreational District.

Redcon Construction is taking part in renovation works inside Greater Cairo, namely revamping Civilization Museum, Ein El Sira, Ein El Hayat Road and Maspero Triangle, he maintained.

Redcon Construction took part in BIG5 Exhibition, which was held under the auspices of Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbuli at Cairo International Center for Conferences and Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, with the attendance of Minister of HUUC Dr. Asem El Gazar.

Top officials visited Redcon Constructions’ pavilion, like Nigera and South Africa’s ministers of housing.

Minister of HUUC Dr. Asem El Gazzar lauded Redcon Construction’s bid for works it wants to execute in the New Administrative Capital and New Alamein City.

“ Also, Redcon put forward bids on behalf of its subsidiaries, including ones specialized in ready-made concrete and own concrete mixers in Cairo, New Alamein City and the New Administrative Capital, together with the producer of iron products Redcon Steel.”
