Maxim Development bore the expenses of re-painting the facades.. Returns rose by 50 percent this season
During this summer season, Maxim Development, a subsidiary of Maxim Investment Group, took this step at North Coast's BO Sidi Abdelrahman, subdivided into Bo Island and Bo Sand, as it ameliorated the project's services, streets and buildings facades, among other refurbishments that were observed during a tour conducted by Osoul Misr.
The fascinating location and efficient operation
With it situated at 120 Kilo on Alexandria – Matrouh Road and about 30-minute drive from Alamein International Airport, BO Sidi Abdelrahman is in close proximity to New Alamein City.
The beach-front units of the project overlook a natural 1km bay with a crystal 1,6m lagoon and a 30km sandy beach. Besides, the project encompasses the longest crystal lagoon and the largest beach among the tourist villages.
While touring BO Sidi Abdelrahman, Osoul Misr noticed its vast renovated streets, aesthetic view, and cleanliness, mirroring Maxim Development's intensive revamping efforts.
Further still, Maxim Development bore the expenses of re-painting facades of chalets and villas in line with the latest styles prevalent in the construction industry, a feat that was met with overwhelming relief on the part of clients.
Revamping the services
Maxim Development also has operationalized a wide swathe of services this season, as it introduced new brands of restaurants, cafes and all services catering to customers' needs and adding value to the city, while taking into account the fact that these services are up and running throughout the entire year.
Moreover, the beach became rife with all activities mostly cherished by clients; the landscaping was replenished; world-class dressing rooms and swimming pools near beaches were set up.
The company followed up the highest precautionary measures to protect clients against coronavirus.
BO Sidi Abdelrahman features the smallest built-up areas in North Coast, totaling the meagre 12% of the entire project, prodding clients to enjoy a big lot of services and the captivating water views.
Additionally, the company was keen to secure a considerably high privacy for its clients, as private beaches belong to Bo Islands and Bo Sands each.
The investment returns
Launching service projects and upgrading streets and buildings facades helped uplift returns of BO Sidi Abdelrahman by 50 percent this season and the project saw a growing demand from clients.
BO Sidi Abdelrahman is situated directly next to Alamein towers and Al Masa hotel, making it strategically located near New Alamein City, where several strategic services, namely universities - Alamein University and the Marine Academy – together with numerous hotels, hospitals and banks are available.
