Macdonald's partners with Al Bostany at Degla Square
MacDonald's, a world leader in restaurant and fast food industry, signed a partnership agreement with Al Bostany Real Estate Development to serve Degla Square project.
On his part, chairperson of ABRED Eng. Mohamed Al Bostany said this partnership helps bolster the strategic plan set out by the company for boosting its commercial sector, as it continues to expand in a variety of projects.
Partnership involving the commercial building of Degla Square will last for 15 years
A 15-year partnership agreement involving the commercial building of Maadi Suburb's Degla Square has been signed, as the project is built ina posh district inside Maadi Suburb, he said, noting that the investments injected into the project are estimated at EGP500mln with Degla Square hostscommercial, administrative and residential businesses and spreads over 3,000sqm area.
"The project consists of 6 stories: 3 commercial floors, 3 residential floors and 20 shops with areas ranging from 21 to 450sqm."
The mall features a unique, stylish architectural designs made by state-of-the-art technology, he explained.
Al Bostany said that investments into the real estate industry are safe and demand is real." The real estate market is the real gateway that helps mitigate spillovers of unemployment in Egypt, which is becoming a real destination for investments, as the economic industry is pushing citizens to invest into the real estate sector."
