ChairmanofCairoCapitalDevelopmentsYasserKhalafsaidthatlaunchingtheprojectisan

investmentinthesuccessachievedbythecompanyinitsLakeWestprojectinNewSheikhZayed,addedthatthisareaisdistinguishedbyitsstrategiclocationnearvitaleducational,medicaland

recreationalservices.Itisonlyabout5minutesawayfromallfundamentalservicecentersand

places.

Khalafnotedthatthecompanyplanstolaunchthenewprojectbeforetheendofthisyear,

elaborated,“Theprojectwillbedistinguishedinallitsdetails,startingfromitssite,designand

variousunit’sspaces,aswellaseasypaymentplansthatsuitthetargetcustomers.”

HeexplainedthatthecompanyseekstohaveanarchitecturalfootprintinwestCairoregion

throughthecurrentLakeWestcompoundandthenewproject.

Hefurtherpointedoutthatthenewprojectbuiltupareareaches15%,andtherestwillbegreen

spacesthatenableclienttoenjoyluxuryandgreenspaces.Accordingly,thecompanyintendsto

developprojectsthatachievecustomer’sgoalsincomfortandquietness.

WithregardtoLakeWestproject,Khalafelaboratedthatthecompanyhascompleted60%of

constructionsofthefirstphaseanditisscheduledtobecompletedinfirstquarterof2022,addedthatconstructionsofthesecondphasewillbegininthebeginningofnextyear.

TheLakeWestproject,whichcovers43feddan,islocatedinNewSheikhZayedCityonthe

Waslat -DahshurRoad,andenjoysmanysurroundingservices.ThecompanyisdevelopingtheprojectwithinvestmentsworthEGP 1.2bn,whichisself- financedanditisplannedtobedeliveredwithin3years.

Thecompanyalsoofferspaymentplansstartingfrom0%down-paymentandinstallmentsupto8years,whicharecompetitivesystemsofferedbythecompanytoitscustomersandcommensuratewiththeirpurchasingpowerwithunits’spacesrangebetween256and385sqm,inadditionto12commercialunits.
