DahabDevelopment,oneoftheleadingcompaniesin
realestatesector,announcedthelaunchof
ITC (IconicTrinityComplex)project,thecompany’sfirst
projectintheNewAdministrativeCapital,for
bookingaftercompletingmorethan40%ofitsconstructions.
TheITCprojectislocatedinthemostdistinguishedareain
NewCapital’sMU23areaonanareaof8,000sqmwithinvestments
worthEGP 500m.
ChairmanofDahabDevelopmentNaderAdeebMoawadstated
thatthecompanyhaslaunched
thefirstphaseoftheprojectforbooking,whichincludes
administrative,commercialandmedical
unitswithvariousareasthatsuitallcustomers’needs,starting
from50to1,300sqm.
MoawadaddedthattheIconicTrinityComplexprojectis
situatedinMU23,whichisa
distinguishedservicearealocatedbetweenR2andR3,directly
infrontofAlAmalSquare,where
theMonorail18stationis.
Hepointedoutthatthecompanydecidedtoopenreservationin
theproject,afterachievinggreatconstructionrates,added, “Weraisedtheslogan“Bookyourunitandreceivewithinayear”,
whichisthebestdeliverydatesintheNewCapitalmarket,thus
theprojectunitsarescheduledtobedeliveredbytheendofnext
year.”
Theprojectenjoysuniqueadvantagesandprivileges,moreover,
itislocatedonthemost
importantaxesoftheNewAdministrativeCapital,BinZayedaxis,
andAlAmlaxis,whichisafew
minutesawayfromtheiconictower,thehighestinAfricainthe
centralbusinessdistrict.
Forhispart,SherifMoawad, amemberofthecompany’sboardofdirectors,statedthatthecompany
presentsexclusiveoffers
tocustomersbesidesamandatoryleasecontractwithanumberofmajor
brandsimmediatelyafterreceivingtheunit,withareturnofupto28%for
administrativeunitsandareturnof15%for
commercialunits.Furthermore,thecompanyprovidesvariouspayment
systemstomeetneeds
andaspirationsofcustomerswithpaymentplansupto7years.
Hepointedoutthatdeliverydateisoneofthemostprominent
advantagesoftheproject
comparedtootherprojects,notedthatthecompanyisworkingto
provideadistinctiverealestateproductofthehighestquality.
“WetargetEgyptianandnon-Egyptiancustomers,Arabsandforeigners,andthispushesustodevelop
theprojectaccordingto
thehighestconstructionstandardsgloballyusingthelatest
technologies,”Sherifdisclosed. “Thetotalsizeoftheproject
is25,000sqm,withbuilt-upareareaches30%oftheprojectsize,at3,450sqmperfloor,featuring
10floors.Thebuilding
alsoincludestwobasementson16,000sqmtoaccommodate600cars.”
Henotedthatthecompanyplanstodeveloptheprojectaccordingto
thehighestqualityandthe
latesttechnologies. ITCmallisintegratedandfeaturesallnecessaryservicesandmeansof
safetyandprotection,
includingfirepumps,watertanksandpumps, arainwatercollectiontank,emergencyexitsandladders,inadditionto
thedistributionoffire
extinguishersinconsonancewiththeEgyptiancode.
