NPE to launch new round in Riyadh in May
Expo Republic announced its readiness to organize a new round of Nile Property Expo (NPE) exhibition in Riyadh after the developers and clients had lauded the organizing and offers presented during the exhibition in addition to the high turnout.
NPE exhibition was held in last February in Jeddah and Riyadh, in a strong comeback to promote the Egyptian real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
The exhibition witnessed heavy turnout from clients; as many real estate developers achieved significant sales.
For his part, Expo Republic Chariman Bassem Kalila said that the company decided to launch a new round of the exhibition in KSA on the 19th of May, 2022, based on the requests of the clients and real estate developers.
He added that the leading real estate companies that participated in the previous round will take part in the next one, in addition to the participation of new companies that showed its interest to be present in NPE after the success it achieved this year.
Kalila noted that the turnout of the Egyptians living abroad and Arabs to Egyptian projects reflects their genuine interest to possess units in the country amid the leap of development that is currently taking place; as it varies between building 4G cities and new communities in addition to the economic and political stability.
He referred that the Expo Republic is keen to introduce to the clients the biggest group of various projects in the exhibition; as there are projects located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Al Galala, Ain Sokhna, North Coast, Sheikh Zayed City, New Cairo, 6th of October City and other cities.
Around 18 real estate developers participated in NPE exhibitions held in Jeddah and Riyadh in February, 2002.
Nile Property Expo exhibition is continuity to a series of success in the Gulf area over the last four years. The exhibition introduced a number of significant real estate projects around Egypt to real estate developers with distinctive payment facilities and highest investment return in the Middle East.
