El Mostakbal for Urban Development had inaugurated two bridges to connect “Mostakbal City” with axes in East Cairo، NAC

Mostakbal City for Urban Development announced the inauguration of a number of bridges to connect Mostakbal City with the main road and axes in Cairo، the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and surrounded urban areas with a total investment of around EGP 260 million.

The inauguration came as a part of the real estate company’s strategy that aims to support and enhance infrastructure projects of “Mostakbal City”، one of the biggest integrated urban communities in East of Cairo.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by representatives from the General Authority for Roads and Bridges and Land Transport (GARBLT) and senior consultant engineers of Mostakbal for Urban Development who are working in Mostakbal City project.

For his part، El Mostakbal for Urban Development Executive Director and Board member Ayman ElKousey said that the inauguration of the new bridges came as a part of the integrated plan that the company set to provide all the vital services to Mostakbal City’s residents، on the top of them the infrastructure projects that ease the transportation from and to Mostakbal City.

ElKousey added that the real estate company’s strategy complies with the big leap that the state achieved recently throughout implementing the National road project، noting that implementation of the two bridges took only a year and half، whereas the International Consulting Engineer (ICE) founded by Dr. Osama Okil set their layout design and Hassan Allam for construction took over their construction work. 

He pointed out that the two bridges are one kilo and half long and have three lanes each، as the first bridge’s direction from Mostakbal City towards the Middle Ring Road to serve the commute from Mostakbal City to NAC، Katamya and Al Ain Al Sokhna city، meanwhile the second bridge offers U-turn option from the Middle Ring Road to the main entrance of Mostakbal City، in addition to the direction from the Middle Ring road to south El Mostakbal road.

El Kousey asserted that the two bridges were built according to the international bridge design standards and codes and the highest quality standards of planning and implementing، in order to offer a public service that boost the Egyptian state goals of creating urban development that serve the real estate investment in the surrounding area to Mostakbal City and ease the residents transportation inside and outside the city، connecting it to cities located in East of Cairo and highways from and to Greater Cairo.
