Dr. Basem Kalila، Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expo Republic company for organizing exhibitions and conferences

The "Nile Property Expo" has achieved last year remarkable success and strongly revived the presence of Egyptian real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after years of absence.

The "Nile Property Expo"، held 4 successful exhibitions in the Kingdom

Dr. Basem Kalila، Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expo Republic company for organizing exhibitions and conferences، the company organizing the "Nile Property Expo"، stated that the company held 4 successful real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throughout last year، including an exhibition in Jeddah and 3 exhibitions in Riyadh، explaining that the reason for the concentration of exhibitions in Riyadh is that there is a real demand from customers for Egyptian properties، and the presence of the largest percentage of investors and capital owners in it.

Dr. Basem Kalila indicated out that the exhibitions have promoted projects in various parts of the Arab Republic of Egypt، the most important of which are the New Administrative Capital، Sheikh Zayed، the northern coast and the Red Sea، which are projects that are witnessing increasing demand from Arab clients and the Egyptian who are residing abroad.

The presence of the "Nile Property Expo" in new markets for the first time

The Chairman of the "Expo Republic" revealed the features of the "Nile Property Expo"، plan during 2023، which includes the presence in new markets for the first time، such as London and New Jersey in the United States of America، adding that the company also intends to hold a new edition of this exhibition in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، during November 2023.

He assured that the company intends to hold the "Nile Property Expo" for the first time in London، Britain، during June 2023، in order to meet the needs of Egyptians residing outside the borders of the Arab world، as there are about 600،000 Egyptians in Britain، and a large segment of them desiring to own a property in Egypt for the purpose of investment or spending vacations، in addition to the depreciation of the Egyptian pound makes real estate more attractive to foreigners.

He pointed out that the cost of a month's stay in one of the coastal cities in Egypt is less than the cost of living in Britain and around the world، which reflects also great opportunities for foreign customers to buy properties in Egypt.

Holding a copy of the "Nile Property Expo"، in USA

The company also aims to hold a copy of the "Nile Property Expo"، in October 2023، in New Jersey، in the United States of America، where there are 650،000 Egyptians، he said، noting that the company is studying to be present in several other markets in the Arabian Gulf.

The "Nile Property Expo" series have been able، over the course of 5 years، to work side by side with the state's plans to export Egyptian properties، as it imposed a strong presence for Egyptian companies in the Arab Gulf states.

These exhibitions achieved the difficult equation by providing opportunities for Egyptian companies to make major sales and gain a new base of Arab clients and Egyptians working abroad، as well as restoring the confidence of Arab clients in Egyptian real estate exhibitions after years of poor turnout and not allowing Egyptian exhibitions to be held in some Arab countries due to the lack of seriousness of some organizers and their violation of the requirements in these countries.
