"Expo Republic Co. for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions" announced the launch of the 9th "Nile Property Expo"، exhibition and conference from May 26 to 28، 2023، in Riyadh، Saudi Arabia، under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly، Prime Minister of Egypt with participation of Major Egyptian and Arab Property developers of the real estate sector in the Egyptian market.
Major developers of the real estate sector in the Egyptian market are participating in the 9th "Nile Property Expo" in Riyadh، including City Edge، Tatweer Misr، Saudi Egyptian Developers، Amer Group، Paragon Developments، SUD، Sorouh Developments.
Dr. Bassem Kalila، Chairman of the "Expo Republic Co. for organizing exhibitions and conferences"، stated that the "Nile Property Expo" in 2023 will be launched under the title "Invest in the Future - Invest in Egypt"، which reflects the company vision and direction in attracting Arab investments to the Egyptian market and possessing true opportunities for investment and development.
Launch of the "Nile Property Expo" since 2017
He confirmed that the company has been keen، since its launch of the "Nile Property Expo" series in 2017، on the presence of serious companies with expertise that have products which suit the needs of target customers in foreign markets and offering a combination of projects in the regions that capture the interests of customers in the countries where exhibitions are held، as well as considering the required spaces and specifications.
Dr. Bassem Kalila asserted that this equation enabled "Nile Property Expo" to assist companies in achieving targeted sales and acquiring a new segment of customers outside Egypt.
He added that the "Nile Property Expo" gaining of the patronage of the Council of Ministers headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly، is considered a supportive step that increases the confidence of the company and exhibitors، as well as clients inside and outside Egypt، and confirms the state's support for the real estate export file.

Last year witnessed 4 "Nile Property Expo" exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia، which achieved great success that contributed to the growth of clients requests in the Kingdom to hold successive exhibitions.
Egyptian companies participated in the last "Nile Property Expo" which was held in November 2022 in Riyadh، achieved sales exceeded EGP 2.5 billion.
The "Nile Property Expo" aims to launch in new markets during 2023، such as London، capital of Britain، and New Jersey in the United States of America.
