The new project is an extension of the exceptional success and tremendous sales achieved by the Mountain View Ras El Hikma project in record time، thanks to its unparalleled level of offerings and allure on the North Coast. Mountain View Ras El Hikma serves as a thriving community for more than 1،500 families and was initially launched in 2007. It also includes a dedicated commercial hub and several other developmental facilities. Mountain View Ras El Hikma comprises multiple phases، with the most recent phase، named EVIA، launched for sale in 2022.
