Mountain View Unveils Club Park's Second Phase in iCity October

Embarking on a new chapter of elevating the sector’s standards; Mountain View introduces the eagerly awaited second phase of Club Park in iCity October، featuring over 800 diverse residential units. The new phase reflects Mountain View’s commitment to providing diverse and tailored living options، catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. 

Spanning over 500 acres، iCity October stands as a testament to a comprehensive array of amenities، residential units، and facilities designed to meet the diverse preferences of customers. Additionally، it features a variety of activities operated by The Lighthouse، an experiential happiness destination. The project includes nearly 500 residential units، both are livable and under finishing، all presented with the innovative 4D concept. The project unfolds across multiple levels referred to as، “D” dimensions، starting with a dedicated car park on the first level، followed by the exclusive MV Club on the second level. The third level introduces an 800-meter-long corniche، inviting residents to stroll and walk.
