Al Sadeem Architects & Consultants to expand into the Egyptian market with EGP15 billion projects
Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office contracted to design and supervise major and distinctive projects in the Egyptian market with a business volume exceeding EGP 15 billion، in a new start after major precedent work، expertise and supervising in the field of consulting and design for strategic projects in the Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia، including “NEOM،” the development of the Prophet’s Mosque، and the development of the city of Jeddah.
Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office has recently contracted to design and undertake engineering supervision of the implementation of the new administrative headquarters of UC Development Company at Maxim Mall in the Fifth Settlement.

Consulting engineer Mohamed Al Sayed، Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office's Chairman stated that he has recently contracted for the design and engineering supervision of the implementation of the new administrative headquarters for UC Development in the Maxim Mall in the Fifth Settlement، and carrying out general consultant work for the Brands Mall in Shorouk City، with a turnover of EGP 3 billion.
Consulting eng. Mohamed Al-Sayed، Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office's Chairman revealed that he contracted to supervise the implementation of the Green Highland project next to the Al Ahly Club in Nasr City، which is an integrated compound with investments amount to about EGP 5 billion on an area of 150 acres.
Supervising the implementation of a mall in front of the Media Production City
Consulting eng. Mohamed Al-Sayed، Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office's Chairman indicated that the office is also supervising the implementation of a mall in front of the Media Production City in 6th of October، which is a mall with an innovative investment idea.
He also provide consultations in a garden development project in Maadi، Cairo Governorate as the office previously provided consultations for a tourist village in Marina on the North Coast.

Muhammad Al-Sayed، Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office's Chairman pointed out that the office began its activity in 2004، and worked in the Emirates and designed major projects until 2008 during the global financial crisis as well as expanded in 2011، into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia، where it cooperated with major parties in designing and supervising distinctive and strategic projects for the benefit of the state and the private sector.
He assured that the office cooperated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with major developers، such as “Al Rajhi” and “Al Hokair،” and among the projects that were also supervised was the implementation of the largest landscape park in Taif.

Al Sadeem Architects and Consultants Office is keen to apply the latest technological methods in engineering design، such as BIM technology، which relies on submitting all drawings and designs via computers، where data and information are collected from the early design stages until the delivery of the project، and a three-dimensional image of the building and its components is presented، allowing detect and treat problems as early as possible، he explained.
